This number is staffed around the clock, every day. The first call gets a person, not a queue that opens at nine.
You are never billed for this service
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
Licensed, insured and nearby
Every contractor on the other end of this line is independent, carries the license Pennsylvania requires for this work, and serves Philadelphia and the towns around it. Ask to see both the license and the insurance certificate.
If the match is wrong, call back
If the contractor you were connected to does not show, does not call back, or simply is not the right fit, call this number again and ask to be connected to someone else. There is no limit on that and no charge for it.
Where these commitments stop
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
